Everything you need to know about booking a private event at Sherwood. Can't find your answer?
For private room events, we recommend 4–6 weeks minimum. Full buyouts and holiday weekends should be booked 2–3 months out. Game-day booths can often be reserved with 1–2 weeks notice.
Booth sections have no room fee but carry a food & beverage minimum on featured game nights. The Forest Room and full buyouts are priced per event — contact us for a quote tailored to your group size and date.
Absolutely. Every private event gets a custom menu designed with our chef. We accommodate dietary restrictions, themed menus, and course-by-course wine pairings.
For events of 25+ guests, we offer a pre-event tasting for up to two decision-makers. This is scheduled during regular dining hours and credited toward your final event bill.
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, the deposit is credited toward a future date. We understand life happens and work with you whenever possible.
Yes — outside cakes are welcome at no charge. We provide cake-cutting service. For decorations, we ask that you coordinate with us in advance so we can have everything set up before you arrive.
