Pasta Mastery Cooking Class with Chef Marco

Immerse yourself in the art of pasta-making with Chef and Culinary Director Marco Gagliardi! This intimate, hands-on cooking class (limited to 20 participants) will guide you through the essentials of crafting fresh pasta from scratch. Learn how to make pasta dough, roll and shape different styles of pasta, and master the techniques for cooking it to perfection.
