Aug. 23…Coral Cod from Hawaii arrived today. Thick line caught thick white filets in a lite tomato butter sauce with scallops and shrimp. Also french cut Chicken Breasts roasted crispy with an heirloom canteloupe sauce (sweet and sour version).
